McElroy’s Inc. has been doing pre-employment testing for over 2 years. This Physical Capacity testing benefits employee and employer. The safety and health of McElroy’s Inc. employees are of utmost concern. All applicants for employment with McElroy’s Inc. must successfully complete the Physical Capacity Profile testing. The purpose of which is to determine the abilities of the employee to perform the essential functions of a job, with or without reasonable accommodation. The Topeka Public Schools relationship with KBIWCF has been very beneficial. The pre-employment physicals allow us to reduce on-the-job injuries by verifying employees are capable of performing the physical requirements of our Food Service and Maintenance positions. Appointments are available within one business day of request, results are e-mailed to us within 12-24 hours of the physical and the staff is responsive to questions or requests for job evaluation/re-evaluation.
