Questions the Physical Capacity Profile® Testing System can help answer:
The Physical Capacity Profile® Testing System assists employers place employees in the appropriate job to minimize the potential for injury, while documenting each employee’s physical capacity and impairments, thus reducing injuries, increasing employee output, decreasing workers compensation claims. The PCP testing system is ADA and HIPAA compliant and has successfully undergone EEOC audits. It is designed to accommodate individual with handicaps The Physical Capacity Profile® tests a minimum of 29 different areas of you employee’s body. The tests can be modified; more areas added depending on your specific job needs. The Physical Capacity Profile® Testing System assists employers in reducing workers compensation exposure by documenting impairments that an employee brings with them to the workplace, per the American Medical Association (AMA) Guides. The Physical Capacity Profile® Testing System assists employers in providing pre-injury objective baseline data on an employee allowing treating professionals to expedite the rehabilitation process. Most state workers compensation statutes support an employer if they can provide objective data proving and employee brought musculoskeletal impairments to the workplace. The objective baseline data gathered from the PCP Testing System can prove to extremely valuable for a number of professionals involved in injury treatment and compensation.
Utilizing state-of-the-art computerized software, the PCP completes a comprehensive collection of the multiple strength measurements in as little as 30 minutes with results available to the employer within minutes after the test.
